  • Step 3: Provide a list of websites you like to the design department for ideas of what you want.
  • Step 4: Provide any images you would like used on the site to the design department.
  • Step 5: Provide the design department with content (paragraphs) for each page of your new site like:
    • Contact Information: Legal Company Name, Address, Phone, Fax, and email address.
    • Home Page Content: A paragraph, in summary form, that describes everything about what your company does and offers. This is crucial because this paragraph is the first real thing the search engines will read.
    • Once the paragraph is done use it to provide at least 12 keywords, like Accountant, Florida, City Name, etc. Think of what you would put into the search box to find your company.
    • About Us Content: A paragraph that states who you are, who your company is and what they do, how long your company has been in business, and why your company is doing this.
    • Product and Services Content: A brief paragraph about your products and or services.
  • Step 6: Be patient, give our design department time to work and remember they can not even start with out you finishing the above steps.
